Description:

In this new work by Christina Quintana, a dynamic young playwright with Cuban and Cajun roots, a New Orleans native tries to reconcile her private life and relationship with a long-term girlfriend with her public persona as a devoted teacher in a repressive Catholic school. Somehow, she finds herself gathering opinions along the way from her school's personified public-address system, as well as from First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt and her devoted friend and lover, Lorena Hickok. This LGBT-themed play comes to the stage at New York's Intar Theatre.
